The latest review of the Delegations Register is available in LG Online. This includes 2 new registers, 3 changed registers and 35 updated to new reprint only.
New registers
- Peaceful Assembly Act 1992
- Nature Conservation (Administration) Regulation 2017 – Council to CEO. New Register replacing the register for the Nature Conservation (Administration) Regulation 2006. Includes changes to section numbers formerly used in the 2006 Regulation.

Fraud management guideline
Designed to give councils a clear understanding of fraud prevention and management and the requirements involved in implementing a fraud prevention and management framework within council, the Guideline serves as an ideal resource for employees at all levels and will be of particular use to employees who are new to the local government workplace.
NOTE: Updated 25 January 2018 to encompass the requirements of the new Crimes and Misconduct Amendment Legislation 2014.

Asbestos awareness
The Asbestos Awareness Campaign has released a bundle of new resources using plain English (rather than technical terms) to assist those working across the sector to better comply with regulations, preventing workers and bystanders from avoidable exposure to asbestos fibres when Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) are disturbed during the maintenance, refurbishment or demolition of commercial and non-residential properties.

Disaster management guidelines
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) has released of the Prevention, Preparedness, Response and Recovery (PPRR) Disaster Management (DM) Guideline.
Following extensive stakeholder consultation, the PPRR DM Guideline outlines a comprehensive end-to-end process for the steps to be undertaken through each phase of disaster management.
The Guideline is enhanced by a suite of toolkit items that provide DM Stakeholders with the necessary tools to undertake disaster management planning across PPRR including:

- handbooks
- templates
- forms and other resources
