Regional issues hit the big smoke

It was an historic day for members of the North West Qld Regional Organisation of Councils as it convened at Parliament House in Brisbane for the first time, meeting with Ministers to discuss widespread issues affecting their region.

Hear more about the topics that matter to the mayors of the NWQROC including tourism, resource development, natural resource management, education and airfares - to name a few. This day in Brisbane was important to further enable collaboration with as many ministers as possible, starting new discussions and continuing important dialogues.
