Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) supports the community to prevent, prepare for, respond to and recover from the impact of fire and emergency events. Their commitment to Queenslanders is to create safe and resilient communities by minimising the impact and consequences of fire and emergencies on the people, property, environment and economy of the state.
The Community Insights survey helps QFES understand Queenslanders’ awareness of various hazards including bushfire, flood and storms, and how prepared Queenslanders are to deal with these events. The survey also asks Queenslanders about what they expect from QFES, and if they are happy with the way QFES delivers services to the community.
