This LGAQ report provides an updated analysis of residential land supply and demand issues in South East Queensland (SEQ). The report is based on both published information and other data provided by the larger councils in SEQ which is not publicly available. As such this research draws on material not previously available to the community or government. LGAQ intends to provide the information in this report to relevant State and Federal agencies as well as to use it to achieve a better informed debate in relation to future development in SEQ.
